GraceKennedy’s Corporate Governance principles were compiled with reference to the UK Corporate Governance Code issued in 2018, the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica’s Code on Corporate Governance and the Corporate Governance Guidelines set out in the Jamaica Stock Exchange Rules and were adopted by the Board of Directors of GraceKennedy Limited.
