Dr Minto-Coy is a Senior Research Fellow at the Mona School of Business and Management at the University of the West Indies (UWI) Mona Campus. Her work spans research on Diasporas and Migration, Entrepreneurship, International Business, ICTs and Public Policy. Dr Minto-Coy is also a Research Affiliate at the International Migration Research Centre in Canada, a board member of the Diaspora Engagement Centre in Guyana and a member of the Jamaica Stock Exchange’s Best Practices Awards Committee, where she chairs the Member Dealer and Investor Relations Sub-Committees. She is also a member of the judging committee for the Ministry of Finance and the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica’s Public Sector Corporate Governance Awards and serves as Co-Director at the Centre for Entrepreneurship Thinking and Practice at the UWI.
Dr Minto-Coy was educated at The University of the West Indies, where she obtained both her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees, and at the London School of Economics and Political Science where she obtained her Doctorate from the Law Department.
Mr Moses is Chairman of the Boards of First Global Bank Limited (“FGB”) and is a Director of the GraceKennedy Financial Group Limited. He has had a distinguished career in banking, having served in several senior roles at Citibank N.A. in Jamaica, including Head of CitiFinance and CitiMerchant Bank and Head of Citibank N.A - Jamaica. He has also contributed significantly to the wider Jamaican business community in his roles as President of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ) and the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM).
He has received several awards, including the Order of Jamaica, for his contribution to the private and public sectors, sports and community development. Mr Moses has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Carnegie Mellon University in the United States.
