Shareholder Registration
This year GraceKennedy Limited’s (GK) AGM will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from GK’s Headquarters, 42-56 Harbour Street, Kingston, Jamaica. Shareholders who wish to attend virtually will be required to register to attend and will need to provide their JCSD, TTCD or GK share account number. Only shareholders or their proxies will be allowed to vote at the AGM.
If you will be attending in person, you do not need to register to attend online.
REGISTRATION STEPS
- Complete the registration form by clicking the red button below and entering your full name, email address and JCSD, TTCD or GK share account number.
- Please note, if you have more than one share account number, only one of these numbers should be entered.

- After registering online, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours which will include a link to join the meeting. Please note that the link can only be used by one user on one device at a time.

JOINING THE AGM ON MAY 31, 2023
On the day of the AGM, Wednesday 31st May 2023, select JOIN WEBINAR included in your Zoom confirmation email to join the meeting online at 2 p.m. EST (-5 GMT). Do not share the registration email with someone, as only the registered attendee will be allowed to join online.
REJOINING THE MEETING
If you become disconnected from the meeting due to a loss of power, or internet interruption, you can rejoin by selecting JOIN WEBINAR included in your Zoom confirmation email.
