GK Revenues up 13.5 % in Challenging Markets

The GraceKennedy Group has reported revenues for the nine-month period of $40,159.1 million (2007: $35,374.5 million), an increase of $4,784.6 million or 13.5%. The Net Profit Attributable to Equity holders of the Company increased by $1.6 million over the corresponding period of 2007, moving from $1,673.4 million to $1,675.0 million.

GraceKennedy Announces Dividend Payment for 2008

GraceKennedy Limited will make a dividend payment on December 18, 2008 of 65 cents per stock unit, or a total of $215 million to shareholders on record as at November 28, 2008. The Company’s Register of Members will be closed from the close of business on November 28, 2008 to December 4, 2008.

This was disclosed by the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Fay McIntosh, following a meeting of the Board of Directors held on November 13, 2008.

The total dividend payment for 2008 of $1.15 per stock unit will be $381 million compared to $379 million for 2007.
