GraceKennedy Money Services (GKMS), the umbrella brand for Western Union, FX Trader and Bill Express, has recently established a “Caribbeanized” location in the United Kingdom. At present, the location only offers the services of the number one remittance provider Western Union, but has plans to offer a suite of other transaction oriented services very soon. 

The successful relationship between GraceKennedy and Company Limited and Western Union International, allowed GKMS to expand to other markets of the Caribbean, and now provides the opportunity to serve in particular, our Caribbean people who reside in the United Kingdom.

The location may be found on the busy street of 108 Dudley Road, Bristol BS1 3RH. This location will be dedicated to serving the peoples of the Caribbean with a familiar and distinct Caribbean flavour. 

According to Aisha Griffith, GKMS’ Project Manager

“Our main focus will always be to serve our Caribbean people and satisfy their needs, in a manner and style that they have come to know and trust. GraceKennedy is proud to be the vehicle that transports the familiarity of the Caribbean to the United Kingdom.” 

Griffiths also added that the location is equipped with highly trained Customer Service Representatives drawn from the islands of the Caribbean ready to provide the usual warm, friendly service customers have grown accustomed to.
