
Noel Greenland is the Vice President of Marketing at GraceKennedy Remittance Services Limited (GKRS). His 23 years of combined experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Media and Sales, is the platform on which he undertakes his existing role of leading the strategic marketing charge of GKRS. In his role, he is responsible for planning and implementing the strategic marketing position of the Western Union, FX Trader and Bill Express brands in Jamaica and seven other Caribbean markets including Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana. His extensive knowledge and experience of the remittance industry has also given him specific insight into the diasporas of Jamaicans and other Caribbean persons in the markets of North American and the United Kingdom.
Noel works with a team of young, vibrant individuals who are leaders in technology and insight and possess operational expertise which are combined to strengthen GKRS’s culture of innovation and resulted in the expansion of the company into new markets and extended its service portfolio and global reach.
Prior to joining GraceKennedy Noel worked for two media houses; The Jamaica Observer and the then Jamaica Broadcasting Corporation. He has also worked in the retail industry at Facey Commodity Company Limited.
A graduate of the University of the West Indies, Noel earned his Bsc. in International Relations and his Masters in Communications. He also pursued Marketing at the then Collage of Arts, Science and Technology (CAST).
Married for over twenty years, the union has produced two girls. A former lecturer in Marketing at I.M.P, Noel enjoys reading, playing cricket and visiting historic places.
