Cathrine joined GraceKennedy Limited in 1999. Prior to leaving the group to do her MBA 2004, she worked as a Management Cadet in the Financial Services Division and FX Trader/Treasury Officer in GraceKennedy’s Group Treasury Department. Since returning to GraceKennedy in 2006, Cathrine has held the positions of Insurance Cadet at JIIC, Business Operations Manager and Strategy and Governance Manager at Allied Insurance Brokers, and is now Group Chief Risk Officer of the GraceKennedy Limited. Her areas of expertise include Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, Strategy and Business Development, Project Management, Treasury Management, and Securities and Foreign Exchange Trading.

Cathrine received her BSc. in Business Administration – Management from Webber International University in Florida and her Bi-Lingual MBA from IESE Business School, University of Navarra in Spain.

Cathrine is a Director of the GraceKennedy Foundation and the GraceKennedy Co-Operative Credit Union. She is also the 4th Vice President of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce. Cathrine tutors Spanish at the Learning Institute of Central Kingston and is fluent in Spanish. She enjoys reading, horseback riding, swimming, and travelling.
