The Foundation is funded mainly by contributions from the GraceKennedy family. The voluntary contributions of staff members are matched 2:1 by the company. The Foundation also receives income from:

• Interest from the Grace & Staff Endowment Fund
• Fundraising events 
• Project funding from international bodies 

GraceKennedy staff members also offer their support in the following ways:

• Monthly voluntary contributions
• Serving on the various committees 
• Volunteering to teach at the homework centres 
• Volunteering on work days 
• Transferring hidden talents or skills to parents 
• Giving motivational talks to students  
• Helping with Youth Clubs 
• Identifying and monitoring community projects 
• Providing business counselling to Micro Entrepreneurs 
• Assisting with documentation for the Foundation
