GraceKennedy Foods is a division of the GraceKennedy Group, the Caribbean’s leading distributor of food and non-food consumer products. GraceKennedy Foods is responsible for distributing the Grace brand, Grace owned brands, and the brands of our principals in over 40 countries. In Jamaica, Canada, Belize, Ghana United States, and the United Kingdom we distribute through our subsidiaries based in these countries. For the rest of the world, our products are marketed by our subsidiary Grace Foods Latin America & the Caribbean, and sold through its network of independent distributors.

 

Grace Foods UK Limited, a wholly owned company of the GraceKennedy Group, is one of the UK’s most progressive food companies. It supplies a market-leading range of speciality and world food brands to the retail, wholesale and foodservice sectors throughout the UK and Europe through its subsidiaries – Chadha Oriental Foods Ltd., Enco Products Ltd., Funnybones Foodservice Ltd., Grace Foods UK Services and Grace Foods UK Export.

Chadha Oriental Foods, a fully owned GraceKennedy subsidiary, is one of the UK’s largest importers and distributors of Asian and Oriental foods. With over 30 years in the business, the company’s specialised knowledge enables the sourcing of the highest quality products from approved suppliers throughout the Far East. Chadha’s experienced team is committed to providing the highest levels of service as demanded by its customers. The company’s product portfolio combines the Silk Road range and leading Far East brands.

Established in 1933, Enco Products is the largest subsidiary in the Grace Foods UK Group. Enco established the UK’s Caribbean food and drink market in the 1950s and has remained the market leader to this day. Enco’s brand portfolio is unrivalled in the market with four of the UK’s Top Five Caribbean brands, including Nurishment, Encona, Dunns River and the Grace brand.

 

Grace Foods Canada Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the GraceKennedy Group and is located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. The company imports and distributes a wide range of products under the “Grace” brand as well as the under the Grace owned Dunns River and Lafe Brands. Some third party brands also distributed by Grace Foods Canada are; Vitamalt, KC Candy, Nutrament, Excelsior, Ovaltine, Shirley, Pan, Coco Lopez and San Marcos. The company has been proudly providing authentic Caribbean flavours to Canadian homes for over 30 years and products can usually be found in the International or Caribbean section of stores.

 

GraceKennedy Foods (USA) LLC is a full service distributor of a range of over 1,400 products in the categories of grocery, frozen, dairy and beverages. We represent some of the top brands of food products from the Caribbean, Central America, South America and Europe.

With operations located in Wood-Ridge, New Jersey; Miami, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia serving the Eastern United States, our solid network of sub-distributors and wholesalers augment our direct to retail operation, allowing coverage to the mid-western states and the West Coast.

 

GraceKennedy (Belize) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of GraceKennedy Limited. Located in Belize City, GraceKennedy (Belize) Ltd. is one of the largest food importers/distributors in Belize.  The Company imports and distributes a wide range of food and non-food grocery items  under the “Grace” brand and other Grace owned brands such as Roma, Caribbean Choice, La Fe and Spring Time. Some third party brands it distributes are Malher, Colgate-Palmolive, Benjamins, Devon, Suretox, Go!, Carib Beer, Mackeson Stout and Roses Toilet Tissue. Some of the products distributed are manufactured in Belize through strategic partnerships with local manufacturers.

 

World Brands Services is a division of GK Foods & Services Limited, a wholly owned GraceKennedy subsidiary. World Brands Services manages the procurement, warehousing and distribution across all retail channels in Jamaica of a diversified group of international brands of food and non-food products. Its mandate is delivering quality products at competitive prices while adding value and expanding markets for GraceKennedy’s principals located either in Jamaica or abroad.

 

Consumer Brands Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GraceKennedy Limited, is a large player in the Jamaican distribution market.

Among the brands distributed by Consumer Brands is the Procter and Gamble (P&G) line of products which the company has distributed in Jamaica since 1992. P&G brands are some of the most recognizable international fast-moving consumer goods with household names such as Charmin, Bounty, Ariel, Downy, Tide, Always, Tampax, Pampers, Febreze, Crest and Olay among its products.

Consumer Brands also distributes products for at least ten other international and local principals through chain and independent supermarkets, wholesalers, pharmacies, beauty supply outlets and convenience stores.
