Mr. Don Wehby, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer - Financial Services Division of GraceKennedy Limited, is pleased to announce the employment of Miss Yolande Whitely as Legal Counsel, effective August 15, 2005. Miss Whitely will be assigned full time to the Financial Services Division but will report to the Chief Corporate Secretary/Senior Legal Counsel, Group Secretariat Department.

Miss Yolande Whitely is an attorney-at-law admitted to practise at the Jamaican Bar in 1998. After admission, she joined the legal firm of DunnCox as an associate attorney-at-law, where she was assigned primarily to the Litigation Department dealing with a wide range of matters including commercial litigation.

In 2003 she joined RBTT Bank Jamaica Limited as Attorney-at-Law where she provided legal services to all departments and branches of the Bank.

Miss Whitely obtained her LLB from the University of the West Indies with honours in 1996 and completed studies at the Norman Manley Law School in 1998. She is a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School.

She has a well-developed sense of social responsibility and is a member of the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Jamaican Bar Association, Saint Andrew Parish Church Committee and Youth Choir.

Her special interests include singing and playing musical instruments namely the steel pans and cello.
