Effective June 1, 2005, the name of our Company has been changed to GraceKennedy Limited . Our shareholders approved the change at the Annual General Meeting on May 30, 2005, and a Certificate of Incorporation on Name Change was issued by the Registrar of Companies.

It should be noted that, only a change of name of the Company has been effected and that the legal entity and structure of the Company remain the same. All contracts entered into with the Company prior to the change of name process therefore remain in full force and effect and will not require amendment or substitution.
