On
Thursday, April 21, GraceKennedy Limited will list
on the Eastern Caribbean Securities
Exchange. With this listing the
company will now be listed on all
four regional securities markets.
In making the announcement Mr.
Douglas Orane GraceKennedy’s
Chairman and CEO, said the listing
was part of the company’s
preparation for the Caribbean Single
Market and Economy (CSME).
“We hope there will be hundreds
of people who want to buy stock
in the company because we want them
to feel that GraceKennedy is also
their company” Mr. Orane said.
The Eastern Caribbean Securities
Exchange was established in 2001
and currently lists some 25 companies
from Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda,
Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St.
Kitts Nevis, St. Lucia, and St.
Vincent & the Grenadines.
