At a meeting on November 14, 2006, the Board of Directors of GraceKennedy Limited appointed Mrs. Fay McIntosh a director of the company. 

Mrs. McIntosh joined the GraceKennedy Group in 1978 as Staff Accountant. On December 1, 2006 she will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer, after having served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer since October 1998. 

Mrs. McIntosh serves on the boards of several GraceKennedy subsidiaries including Grace Food Processors Ltd., Grace Food Processors (Canning) Ltd., Grace Foods International Ltd., National Processors Limited and World Brands Services Limited. She also serves as a Director of Grace Co-Operative Credit Union Ltd., GraceKennedy Foundation and Grace & Staff Community Development Foundation. 

An alumna of St. Andrew High School for Girls, she serves as a board member of the school's Foundation. .

Mrs. McIntosh has a Master of Science degree in Accounting from The University of the West Indies. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.

 She and her husband have three children. Her hobbies are walking, gardening, reading, and art.
