Bill Express customers will now be able to pay their Barbados Water Authority bills at any existing Bill Express location. The addition of this Utility to the growing list of Billers means enhanced service and convenience for customers throughout the island. Payment options have been expanded to include credit and debit cards. These options are available throughout the Bill Express network. Furthermore, customers can now enjoy the ease of being able to pay their major utility bills without an invoice.

The Cash In with Bill Express campaign runs for three months, starting July 12 2005 and ending on September 30 2005.
