Ray Chang is Chairman of the Board of Directors of C.I. Fund Management Limited in Canada, a company whose growth has been marked with record setting industry sales and strategic acquisitions; C.I. Funds fee earning assets are currently in the order of Canadian $60 Billion.

He joined C.I. Funds in 1984 as Vice-President and became President and Chief Operating Officer in 1994 and President and Chief Executive Officer in 1996.

Mr. Chang was named Director of GraceKennedy Limited. in March, 2004. He is also Chairman of the Board of Grace, Kennedy Capital Services Ltd. which launched the Grace Caribbean Fixed Income Fund in 2002.

A graduate of the University of Toronto where he earned a B.A.Sc. in Engineering, Mr. Chang is also a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.
