Fay McIntosh has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of GraceKennedy Ltd., effective December 1, 2006.

Mrs. McIntosh joined the GraceKennedy Group in 1978 as Staff Accountant. Over the years she has held many accounting positions.  She was appointed Finance & Administration Manager in March 1996.  Prior to her being named Chief Financial Officer, she was Deputy Chief Financial Officer, a position she has held since October 1998.

Mrs. McIntosh serves on the boards of several GraceKennedy subsidiaries including Grace Food Processors Ltd., Grace Food Processors (Canning) Ltd., Grace Foods International Ltd., National Processors Limited and World Brands Services Limited.  She also serves as a Director of Grace Co-Operative Credit Union Ltd., GraceKennedy Foundation and Grace & Staff Community Development Foundation.

An alumna of St. Andrew High School for Girls, she serves as a board member of the school’s Foundation. She is a member of St Jude’s Anglican Church in Stony Hill.
           
Mrs. McIntosh has a Master of Science degree in Accounting from The University of the West Indies. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.

She and her husband have three children.  Her hobbies are walking, gardening, reading, and art.
