Fay McIntosh became a director of GraceKennedy Foundation in 2002.

An accountant by profession, she joined the staff of GraceKennedy Limited. in 1978 as a Staff Accountant. She moved up through the ranks holding positions of Senior Accountant and then Financial Accountant. She was appointed Chief Accountant in April 1992 and Finance & Administration Manager in March 1996. She currently serves as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, a position she has held since October 1998.

She also sits on the boards of directors for the following GKCO companies - Grace Food Processors Ltd.; Grace Food Processors (Canning) Ltd; Grace Foods International Ltd. Medi Grace Ltd., National Processors Ltd., World Brands Services Limited

She also serves as a director of Grace Co-Operative Credit Union Ltd. and Grace & Staff Community Development Foundation.

Mrs. McIntosh completed her Master of Science Degree in Accounting at the University of the West Indies' Mona Campus and her Bachelor of Commerce Degree at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.

 


James Moss-Solomon is a Founding Director of the GraceKennedy Foundation.

He joined GraceKennedy Limited. as a management trainee in 1971. Since then has served as Executive Chairman of Hi-Lo and Medi-Grace Ltd.; Divisional Director, International Business; General Manager - GraceKennedy (Merchandise); Divisional Director - Industrial Retail and Trading, and in June 1998 he was appointed Director responsible for Corporate Affairs. He is also a Founding Director of Grace & Staff Community Development Foundation.

He has contributed much to the development of the Jamaican business community through his membership in the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce, where he served as President for two consecutive terms. He was also a Director of Pharmaceutical Council of Jamaica, President of the Jamaica Golf Association, Vice President of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica, Vice President of the Caribbean Association of Industry and Commerce, and Private Sector Advisor to the Caricom Regional Negotiating Machinery (CRNM) . He recently completed a two-year secondment to the Mona School of Business as Executive-in-Residence.

He attended the Priory School, Jamaica College, and McMaster University. He continues to serve his Alma Mater, Jamaica College as Chairman of the Board of Governors. He was recently the recipient of the S. Carlton Alexander Memorial Award for excellence by Jamaica College Old Boys' Association. He received the Manager of the Year Award from the Jamaican Institute of Management 2000.


Marlene Campbell was appointed a director of the GraceKennedy Foundation in 1999.

She is currently the General Manager of GraceKennedy (Belize) Limited, (as part of GraceKennedy's International Rotation Programme) Ms. Campbell has been employed to the GraceKennedy Group since January 4, 1987. She joined GraceKennedy as Research and Development Officer and was responsible for developing several formulations for the company and its clients.

In 1989 she was transferred to National Processors Limited and Wisdom Jamaica Limited as Quality and Research and Development Manager. In June 1995 she took over the reigns as General Manager jointly of National Processors Limited and Wisdom Jamaica Limited.

In February 2001 she was transferred to Medi-Grace as General Manager to lead the turnaround of that company. She held that position she held until her recent appointment in Belize in July 2004.

She holds a diploma in Teaching from the College of Arts, Science and Technology, a Bachelor of Science (Cum Laude) Degree in Food Science from the University of Maryland and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies.

Ms. Campbell serves as a director on the board of several GraceKennedy subsidiaries including Grace Food Processors Canning Limited; National Processors Limited.; and Wisdom Jamaica Limited.
